Rick Cascadden is a 30 year top producing sales veteran of the information technology and consulting services industry. Today serving as Vice President of sales for Reliable Software, he is the senior sales executive charged with driving consulting services growth of the Business Intelligence practice.

Prior to assuming his current position in 2006, Mr. Cascadden served in senior sales and marketing leadership roles for various corporations such as Unisys, Sun and Xerox and was integral in developing new business sales and forging customer relationships across multiple vertical markets with customer base ranged from associates, to small business owners, to executive management of Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Cascadden holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University.

Anil Hari, one of the Principals at Reliable Software.,and is completely responsible for project planning, management, implementation and resource planning. He brings over 13 years of experience involving system analysis, designing, development and implementation with strong technical background in Data warehousing, Business Intelligence and Application integration. In his role as a Principal at Reliable Software, his responsibilities include complete Project Planning, managing several teams and coordinating the efforts in the complete life cycle of the project including the Business and IT and during this time he has managed several BI/DW implementations successfully and a highly seasoned professional with extensive knowledge and deep understanding in all faucets of Data warehousing & Business Intelligence. He is highly competent and proficient with application development using the different BI Product Suites..

In his tenure as a consultant, Mr. Hari has successfully managed and implemented BI Specific solutions for several clients as Amway Global, Publix, Silverton Casino, Strata Care, Invescor, Adchemy and more.

Adrian Gherghescu serves as a Business Development Executive at Reliable Software where he is responsible for nurturing client relations with memorable service and clear communication of their Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing needs and expectations.

Mr. Gherghescu is a seasoned professional with a broad experience in all aspects of Business Development derived from twenty years of sales and customer service. He is dedicated to building relationships and passionate about continuous and never ending improvement. Always resourceful, he likes to engage in creative thinking to find "a way" for win-win client solutions.

Mr. Gherghescu holds Business Administration and Computer Programming degrees from UCC College and Chubb Institute of Technology in New Jersey.

Ravi Vallem, one of the founders of Reliable Software., and is responsible for day to day business operations and oversees the development and execution of the overall company growth.

Mr. Vallem comes with more than 18 years of experience in technology management & consulting. He is responsible for managing Reliable Software's strategic business units which include marketing, resource planning and client delivery. He plays an instrumental role in the company expansion specific to the marketing programs.

In his tenure as a consultant, Mr. Vallem was a senior technology consultant and a certified project manager. He was responsible for defining and managing internal processes, while managing business development and delivery of all products, services, and solutions to a number of large accounts. Mr. Vallem also served in the management consulting practice while working at automobile, retail, healthcare and financial industries.

Ravi holds an M.S in industrial engineering from National Institute of Technology, India.
